Before a refund is granted, allow us to try and help solve any problem you have by opening a ticket in our support desk. Please give it 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you on your support requests. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.
Refund Policy and Process
Before submitting a refund request, please contact us via email with a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing. This allows us the opportunity to address and resolve the matter. Refunds will only be considered if a defect is identified that we are unable to fix. Please refer to the “Defect” definition provided at the end of this page for clarity.
Refund requests are only accepted within 48 hours of purchase.
Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons (but are not limited to):
- Change of Preference: You purchased the product but no longer ‘like’ it, or simply do not have a specific reason for returning it.
- Expected Features: You expected a certain functionality or feature to be included, and while it may be reasonable to anticipate, it is not present in the product.
- Compatibility Issues: The product does not work due to incompatibility with your environment or system requirements.
- Incorrect Purchase: You accidentally purchased the wrong product or license.
- Difficulty with Usage: You are finding it challenging to understand how to use or customize the product.
- License Violation: You have violated the terms of the license agreement under which the product was purchased.
- Custom Modifications: You made customizations to the code, and as a result, the product no longer functions as expected.
- Performance Issues: The product is underperforming due to non-functional reasons such as response time, throughput, or similar factors.
- Development Responsibility: Upon purchasing a product from our website, you are provided with the code, which you are responsible for developing and implementing. We do not offer assistance in this regard.

We do not provide installation or modification support for the products you purchase. Please ensure that you meet the system requirements and have the necessary expertise to implement and customize the product as needed.
